ACC2000: May Lose Last Changes to Field When Closing a Page (223232)

SYMPTOMS
Changes to the last field that you edit on a data access page may be lost when you close the page. You do not get a prompt to save this change or a warning that the change will be lost.
CAUSE
You changed the value in a field, and then closed the page without moving out of that field or saving the record.
RESOLUTION
Before you close a page, make sure that you either move the pointer out of the last field that you change or that you save the record.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
