MSPS Err Msg: Mscmwake Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Mscmwake.exe (223175)

When you start Microsoft Call Manager, you may receive the following
error message:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut
down. If the problem persistes, contact the program vendor.
If you click Details, you receive the following error message:
Mscmwake caused an invalid page fault in module Mscmwake.exe.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the system date is incorrect.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, set the system clock to the current date and
time. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then
click Control Panel.
- Double-click Date/Time.
- On the Date & Time tab, set the current date and time,
and then click OK.
- Close Control Panel, and then restart the computer.

This issue occurs if the system date is set to the year 2038 or later.
