SUMMARY

When you insert an address into a Word document from an Address Book, not all fields are automatically inserted. If the AddressLayout AutoText entry is used, there are more fields available to be inserted than if the address is inserted from an Address Book.

Word 98 can access the Word 98 Personal Address Book (PAB) and any of the address books that are available in Outlook Express version 5.01.

The following table lists the fields that are supported, which address books they are available in, and a brief description of each field.

NOTE: The AddressLayout AutoText entry has a maximum of 12 fields available at one time.
