SYMPTOMS

When you double-click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to load internet configuration library, Inetcfg.dll.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, run the Internet Connection Wizard:
  1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.
  2. In the Named box, type inetwiz.exe, and then click Find Now.
  3. In the list of files returned, double-click Inetwiz.exe.
