If you have the Corporate or Workgroup installation, you see "Corporate or Workgroup".
SYMPTOMS
When you make someone a delegate with author or editor permissions, they will not be able to send e-mail on your behalf if you have chosen Distributed Password Authentication (DPA) for your logon network security. This is true even though the e-mail notice sent to the delegate says, "You can now send messages on my behalf."
RESOLUTION
Change your logon network security to either NT Password Authentication or None.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
