When using the Microsoft Active Accessibility Software Developer's Kit (MSAA) Inspect Objects program, the headings in the Outlook Bar appear with the name "Shortcut Bar", but they do not have a value, description, or other useful information.
CAUSE
MSAA support in Outlook is limited to Command Bars. Microsoft intends to add MSAA support to key areas like the Outlook Bar in the future.
