OL2000: (CW) Invalid Page Fault Using Word and Password-Protected PST (222324)

If you use Microsoft Word to send an e-mail message and ignore a prompt to enter your personal folders (PST) password, you may receive an Invalid Page Fault. This problem occurs under the following conditions:
- Word is your default e-mail editor.
- Your PST file is password-protected and the password is not cached.
- Your default mail delivery is not to your PST.
RESOLUTION
You can avoid this problem by entering the correct password for your PST when prompted.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
