OL2000: ErrMsg: "Not enough storage..." Send Mail from Another Office Program (222234)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to send mail from Microsoft Office program other than Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.

CAUSE

This error can happen if the Outlook First-Run settings have not been established.

RESOLUTION

Start Outlook before sending mail from another Office program.

MORE INFORMATION

When Outlook is started for the first time, certain settings are established. If Outlook has never been started, and you attempt to send mail from another Office program by choosing Send To, Mail Recipient, on the File menu, you may receive the error message described above.

You must start Outlook one time to allow Outlook setup to complete its First-Run tasks before other Office programs will know how to interact with Outlook.
