Cannot Run Partmgr.exe with GSNW or CSNW (222153)

When you run the NetWare MS-DOS-based Partmgr.exe tool on a Windows 2000-based computer with either Gateway Services for NetWare (GSNW) or Client Services for NetWare (CSNW) installed, you receive the following error message:
A Directory Services server must be present to run this application.
The program cannot continue.
CAUSE
CSNW and GSNW do not support the Partmgr.exe program.
RESOLUTION
To run Partmgr.exe in Windows 2000, install the Novell Client for Windows 2000. Please contact Novell for current available versions of the Novell Client for Windows 2000
