FIX: Project Manager Not Refreshed Correctly After Build (221698)

The Document and Class tabs in the Project Manager might not refresh properly after building a project, application, or executable.
RESOLUTION
Try one of the following to resolve this problem:
Close down the Project Manager and then re-open it.Upgrade to Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This bug was corrected in Visual Studio 6.0 Service Pack 3.
