Content tagging causes Inetinfo.exe to use 100 percent of the CPU when you
upload an Acrobat PDF file using Posting Acceptor provided in Site Server 3.0.
CAUSE
Content tagging is stuck in an endless loop because of an unexpected final
DBCS character in the file.
