This article was previously published under Q220479 SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Word 2000 as your e-mail editor, and you create a new mail message using stationery, the text font is Arial 10pt instead of the stationery's default theme font.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Use theme's font check box has been cleared on the Personal Stationery tab.
RESOLUTION
If you are using stationery and want to use the stationery's default theme font, click to select the Use theme's font check box on the Personal Stationery tab. To do so, follow these steps;
- In Word, click Options on the Tools menu, and then click the General tab.
- Click E-mail Options, and then click the Personal Stationery tab.
- Click to select the Use theme's font check box.
