SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to change the picture editor in Word, Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 is not an available option.

CAUSE

PhotoDraw 2000 is not supported as a picture editor in Word.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000.

To see which programs are available as picture editors in Word, follow these steps:
  1. In Word, click Options on the Tools menu.
  2. On the Edit tab, click the down arrow in the Picture editor box. Programs listed in the Picture editor box are available to edit pictures when you right-click the picture and then click Edit Picture.
