FP2000: Cannot Use Keyboard to Set Starting or Ending Time for Scheduled Components (220050)

SYMPTOMS

When you set the starting and ending times for the Scheduled Picture or the Scheduled Include Page components, you cannot type any component of the time in either the Starting or the Ending box.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design, and prevents you from entering an incorrect value for the starting and ending times.

RESOLUTION

To set the starting and ending times for the Scheduled Picture or the Scheduled Include Page components:
  1. Click to select a component of the time that you want to set in the Starting or the Ending box.
  2. Press the UP ARROW or the DOWN ARROW key on the keyboard, or click one of the arrows next to the box.
