FP2000: Netscape Navigator Does Not Load Hover Button (219914)

When you create a hover button on a page, Netscape Navigator does not load your hover button and displays an error message in the status bar:
Applet fphover class fphover could not be loaded.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when your web's location name contains a non-ASCII character, such as ALT+146.
RESOLUTION
To make this hover button function properly in Netscape Navigator, publish your web to a new location, whose name does not contain any non-ASCII characters.
