FP2000: Base Location Is Not Updated After You Publish a Web (219797)

When you publish a web with a base location, the base location is not
changed after you publish the web.
CAUSE
FrontPage preserves the base location information.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, open the web from the published location, and
then manually update the base location information.
