FP2000: Indentation, Alignment Applied to Anchor Style Doesn't Affect Hyperlink (219686)

When you define a style for an anchor (<A>) tag that uses paragraph-style formatting, such as alignment or indentation, the hyperlink text in your file doesn't take on the new formatting.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur if the formatting that you specified for the style applies to a block-level element, such as a paragraph or a block quote, rather than to a character-level element. Because an anchor element can appear inline with other text, you may apply character-level formatting, such as bold, italic, or font typeface, to it. Any paragraph-level formatting applied to it also affects surrounding text.
RESOLUTION
To specify the alignment or indentation of an anchor element, place the hyperlink in its own paragraph, and then apply the style or paragraph-level formatting. To apply a style, click Style on the Format menu, select the style that you want, and then click OK.
