FP2000: Cannot Get Background Information from Another Page (219594)

SYMPTOMS

When you select the Get background information from another page check box in the Page Properties dialog box (on Background tab) and click Browse, the Current Web dialog box is empty, and you cannot select a page.

CAUSE

This option only functions when a web is open. If you do not have a web open, you cannot select a page.

RESOLUTION

To use the Get background information from another page feature, open or create a web (disk-based or server-based), and then use this option.
