FP2000: Shared Border Dialog Box Shows Options Only for First Page When Multiple Pages Are Selected (219583)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft FrontPage 2000

This article was previously published under Q219583

SYMPTOMS

When you select multiple pages that have different shared border options, the Shared Border dialog box in Folders view displays only the options for the first page that is selected.

CAUSE

There is no semi-selected state for the shared border options.

RESOLUTION

If you applied the shared borders on a page-by-page basis, you must view the shared border options individually.

MORE INFORMATION

Some dialog boxes display options for multiple items as semi-selected. The check boxes may appear unavailable (dimmed), but they are not turned off. An example of this behavior is the scenario described in the "Symptoms" section of this article. The Shared Border dialog box does not implement this behavior.
