Content Publishing May Fail to Inherit Target Directory Permissions (219407)

Random files may not inherit permissions from the project target directory when you use Content Publishing to automatically replicate a large amount of data with TransactionMethod enabled.
CAUSE
Automatic replication projects that used TransactionMethod occasionally apply the ACL (Access Control List) from the CRSTemp directory on files moved to the target directory during replication.
