SYMPTOMS

While printing large files and the screen saver is activated automatically, you may receive the following blue screen error message:
STOP 0xc000021a in WINLOGON.EXE

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 5.
