SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Print or Print Preview commands on a page with a form, you will receive some or all of the following symptoms:

In Print Preview, all form fields, including radio buttons and check boxes, appear as black "blocks" and no default values are present.
On a printed page, scrolling text-boxes and drop-down lists appear as black "blocks" and no default values are present.
Button labels do not appear on the printed page.
Buttons appear as checkered boxes.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

To work around this issue, preview and print the page in your Web browser.
