  • Microsoft Publisher 2000

This article was previously published under Q218720

SYMPTOMS

If you print a two-color gradient fill Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) file in spot-color mode, the picture is printed on the black plate.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because Microsoft Publisher 2000 is unable to separate two-color gradients that are contained in an EPS file when you print the file in spot-color mode.
