The BackOffice Small Business Server installation program (Setupbo.exe) has the following command line parameters to assist in the installation process:
  • The /? command displays command line parameters
  • The /cu file_name.ini command create an unattended file named File_name.ini
  • The /u file_name.ini command runs setup in unattended mode with settings in the File_name.ini file. This .ini file must provide name, organization, PID, and command line
  • The /all command creates custom solution that contain all features
  • The /defaults file_name.ini command runs setup initialized with settings from the File_name.ini file
  • The /cp sectionkeyvalue command overrides a value in the unattended file
  • The /name user_name command defaults to the user name
  • The /org organization command defaults to the organization name
  • The /pid product_id command defaults to the product ID
  • The /pwd password command defaults to the password for the current user
