SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view the online Help files for Systems Management Server (SMS) 2.0 from a computer running Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0, you may receive the following error in a HTML Help ActiveX control window:
You need a newer version of HHCTRL.OCX to be able to read this file.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, install HTML Help version 1.2 or later from the following Microsoft Web site:
