OLEXP: E-Mail Messages Are Lost after Power Supply Is Interrupted (217312)

If the power supply to your computer is interrupted immediately after you import e-mail messages using Outlook Express, your imported e-mail messages may not be saved.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the power supply to your computer is interrupted before you restart your computer after Outlook Express has finished importing e-mail messages.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, re-import the e-mail messages into Outlook
