SYMPTOMS

When you enable the Long Side and Collate (two-sided copies) options and you are printing multiple copies of a document to a PostScript printer (such as a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5Si/5MX PS printer), the first page of the second document may be printed on the last page of the first document.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, try printing to a non-PostScript printer, or print only one copy of the document at a time.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
