SYMPTOMS

If you view Internet Explorer Help in full screen mode and then click Hide, Help is no longer displayed in full screen mode.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem and display Help in full screen mode while hiding the tabs in Help:

  1. In Help, click Maximize, and then click Hide.
  2. Click Maximize.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
