Items Placed in Links Folder Are Not Visible (217274)

SYMPTOMS

After you add a link to the Links folder in Internet Explorer, the link may not be visible when you click Links on the Favorites menu. Also, the Links folder may be empty, and new items you add to this folder may not be visible.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the Links folder is moved from the Favorites folder to a different location.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, move the Links folder back to the Favorites folder.
