When you are using a Pen Windows device, if you click the down arrow on the Address box in Internet Explorer to view your navigation history, you cannot use the pen device to enter a Web address.
Also, the pen device cannot input the backslash (\) or forward slash (/) character.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because Internet Explorer does not respond to the pen event.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use the keyboard on the screen to input Web addresses.
