XCON: First Character in Line May Be Deleted When Sending a Message Over X.400 Connector (217193)

When you send a message over an X.400 Connector, the first character in a
line may be deleted. This issue was observed when the X.400 Connector was
configured for Message text word-wrap of 72 characters.
