Cannot Scroll Through Customize Search Settings Window (217000)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Microsoft IntelliMouse wheel to scroll through the Customize Search Settings window, you may be unable to do so.

RESOLUTION

To work around the problem, use the up and down scroll arrows on the vertical scroll bar, the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys, or the PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN keys.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
