Cannot Use Arrow Keys While Uninstalling Internet Explorer 5 (216856)

SYMPTOMS

When you uninstall Internet Explorer 5 and click Advanced in the Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Internet Tools dialog box, you are unable to select the OK or Cancel buttons using the arrow keys.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, use the TAB key instead of the arrow keys to select the appropriate button.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
