Import Hangs after Encountering Large Requests Strings (216827)

The Usage Import module stops responding when it encounters extremely long request strings.
CAUSE
When Ad Server issues the 25 ads per page, it creates a line in the IIS log file that is extremely long. Lines may be more than 2,700 characters. The line is so long that it causes the Usage Import module to fail during the import. Sometimes it will produce an Access Violation error and sometimes it will stops responding with no error messages.
