SYMPTOMS

When you look up an entry on a Microsoft Exchange 5.0 or 5.5 Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) server and view the information in Outlook Express 4, The country code appears blank and the home fax and business fax information is switched.

CAUSE

The Windows Address Book (WAB) attributes do not map correctly to the LDAP attributes.
