Picture It! Express: Cannot Open Pictures Located in the Temporary Internet Files Folder (216635)

When you click Get Picture and then click My Picture in
Microsoft Picture It! Express, the Temporary Internet Files folder is
not listed in the Click A Folder box under My Picture.
As a result, you cannot open any pictures located inside the Temporary
Internet Files folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, copy or move any pictures located inside the
Temporary Internet Files folder that you want to open in Picture It!
Express to the My Documents or My Pictures folder on your computer.
