To change the text-to-speech playback voice, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, click Programs, and then click Microsoft Call Manager.
  2. On the Options menu, click Phone Settings.
  3. Click the Playback tab.
  4. In the Type box, click the voice you want to use, and then click OK.
