SYMPTOMS
In some cases, when the message below is displayed either in the
SQL Server error log or a client application, the message text may be incorrectly omitted from the error, resulting in a cryptic error message:
MSG: 613, Severity 21
Request made to retrieve more rows from an already
completed scan of object '%.*s' in database '%.*s'.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server 6.5.
