Dr. Watson Does Not Return Proper Exit Code for an Application (214606)

An application uses RaiseException() to terminate and pass an exception code to a calling application. The calling application uses GetExitCodeProcess() to evaluate the exception code. However, Dr. Watson does not pass the exception code but, instead, passes zero.
