SYMPTOMS

When you are downloading e-mail messages on an Internet Message Access Protocol 4 (IMAP4) mail server, the following error message may occur:
Error writing message. Can't write message.

CAUSE

You may have run out of storage memory on the Handheld PC (H/PC) device.

RESOLUTION

Increase the Storage Memory setting by moving the slider to the right on the Memory tab in the System tool in Control Panel. This action frees additional storage memory.
