Folders Missing After Mail Download (212801)

SYMPTOMS

When you receive mail with the IMAP4 service in Pocket Inbox for the Handheld PC (H/PC) 3.0 Pro, your mail folders may be missing.

CAUSE

The folders that are missing may have a forward slash (/) in the name.

RESOLUTION

Remove the forward slashes from the folder names.
