To access the list box, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.
  2. In the Categories list, click All Commands.
  3. From the list of Commands, select any command that has a colon next to it. For example, select Borders: in the Commands list.
A new list box appears above the Save in box. In this example, the new list box includes the following options: (none)Top, Bottom, Left, right, inside, box, and grid. Commands that display a new list box include the following:
