XL2000: Picture Linked to Cell Is Not Immediately Updated (211996)

When you link a picture in a worksheet to a cell in Microsoft Excel 2000, the picture may not be immediately updated when you change the cell.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur after you apply a conditional format to the cell to
which your picture is linked, or if you have already applied a conditional format to the cell and you then link a picture and change the conditional format.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, press F9 to recalculate the worksheet.
If you do not want to recalculate the entire worksheet, follow these steps:
- Select the cell to which your picture is linked.
- Click Bold on the Formatting toolbar.
- If you do not want to apply the Bold format to the cell, click Bold again.
