XL2000: Some Page Numbers in "Now Printing" Dialog Box May Be Skipped (211976)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a large number of pages in Microsoft Excel 2000, the Now Printing dialog box may appear to skip some of the document's page numbers.

CAUSE

To speed up printing, the Now Printing dialog box does not update for each printed page. This behavior may make it appear that some page numbers have been skipped, but it does not affect the actual number of pages printed.
