WD2000: Font Attributes in CDR Graphic Are Lost When Inserted (211837)

SYMPTOMS

When you insert a CDR Graphic (CorelDRAW, version 5 or 6) into a Microsoft Word 2000 document, some font attributes, such as double underline and double overline, are lost. Additionally, superscript or subscript text may be displayed incorrectly.

WORKAROUND

To preserve the font attributes in the document, follow these steps:
  1. In CorelDRAW, use the Copy command to copy the graphic.
  2. In Word, on the Edit menu, click Paste.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
