WD2000: Frame Converted from Text Box Is Gray While Header Is Open (211829)

If you convert a text box to a frame, the frame has a gray background while the header is open.
CAUSE

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, format the text box color to No Fill before you convert it to a frame. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click to select the text box, and then on the Format menu, click Text Box.
- On the Color and Lines tab, under Fill, click the Color list box, and then click No Fill.
