WD2000: Print Preview Displays Entire Form (211719)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Word displays an entire form in Print Preview even though you selected Print data only for forms.

NOTE: This problem does not affect the printed result.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

The Print data only for forms option prints the data entered into an online form without printing the online form.

To set the Print data only for forms option, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Print tab, click to select the Print data only for forms check box.
  3. Click OK.
