Access Violation When Printing in Master Cook Deluxe 4.0 (211117)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to print, or you click Printer Setup, in Sierra Home Master Cook Deluxe 4.0, you may receive an "access violation" error message.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if no printer has been installed in Windows 2000.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install a printer in Windows 2000. To do so, click Start, point to Settings, click Printers, and then double-click Add Printer.
