When you create a bulleted list in Microsoft Word 2000, the line spacing between items in the bulleted list is greater than in a non-bulleted list. When the document is saved as a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) file, the spacing in the bulleted and non-bulleted lists is identical. The behavior of this spacing functionality should remain consistent between Word and HTML documents.
