WD2000: Default Color of Horizontal Lines Is Not Set (209675)

When you insert a horizontal line in Microsoft Word 2000, the default color is not fixed. The color of the horizontal line changes depending on the color scheme selected for the operating system. Subsequent color changes are not updated automatically.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
- Double-click the horizontal line to open the Format Horizontal Line dialog box.
- In the Format Horizontal Line dialog box, click Use solid color twice to update the color change.
